Paying guest accommodation Vs Single accommodation:

Today we'll discuss paying guest accommodation and single accommodation it can be room or flat.

Our motive is to discuss merits & demerits of Pg & single accommodation. When we stay in pg we get everything ready for furniture, bedding, food facility, uninterrupted power supply, 24x7 water and drinking water. When we get pg in Delhi we get a complete package of all facilities as we discussed earlier. But you'll not get privacy in shared pg in Delhi. Because they share 2-3 occupancy in a single room & it's very difficult to hide anything from anyone else and disclose our secrets or our personal matters unintentionally to others & our roommates came to everything about all our secrets. That is not good at all because sometimes it's fine but in few cases, it's very dangerous, even sometimes roommates blackmail or takes the advantage of this.

When we talk about single accommodation either it's in a single room or in an apartment then two options come in front of us first one is semi-finished and fully-furnished. When we talk about semi-furnished then we get all basic amenities like fan geyser, electrification etc that doesn't include furniture and bedding and kitchen utensils. But when we talk about fully furnished that includes complete q furniture, bedding, kitchen utensils, home appliances and all basic amenities which always not present in semi-furnished.

But, when you take a furnished flat then we must take a larger one like 3bhk or 4BHK  that makes easier for us to study in a group and have a separate room that makes privacy also. 

Students opt accommodations are per their budget which is the major constraint for any student and studying group.

So, everyone should choose accommodation as per their requirement and budget.

We have figures for accommodation in Delhi like pg in Delhi varies from 3000 to 20000 per month and its pricing varies on several parameters and flats or apartments 1bhk  varies in the range of 5000 to 15000 per month and 2bhk varies from 10000 to 25000 and 3 BHK varies from 15000 to 45000 per month and it varies by several factors and that factors will be discussed in our next article.
